Welcome to NEVIIVE.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless shopping experience for every customer.

1. Orders & Payment
All orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified, or once a Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been confirmed by our team.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Accepted Payment Methods:
M-Pesa
Airtel Money
Visa
Mastercard
Cash on Delivery (Kenya only – subject to conditions below)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for customers receiving orders directly from the NEVIIVE courier team within Kenya.
COD is not available for:
Customers using third-party courier services
External pickup or forwarding services
International deliveries
Orders delivered through third-party logistics providers must be prepaid in full before dispatch.
NEVIIVE reserves the right to decline COD orders at its discretion and to restrict future COD access in cases of failed or rejected deliveries.
NEVIIVE also reserves the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.


2. Shipping & Delivery
Local Deliveries (Kenya)
Monday – Friday
Same-day delivery for orders placed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EAT)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
Saturday
Same-day delivery for orders placed between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on Monday
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, or courier logistics.
International Deliveries
Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by their country
Tracking details will be provided where applicable.


3. Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed (including confirmed COD orders), cancellations are not permitted.


4. Returns & Exchanges (Kenya Only)
We are committed to your satisfaction.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original packaging
With tags intact
Free from perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents
Size Exchanges
One-time size exchange only
Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
Processing time: 2–3 business days after approval
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer in their original state.


5. International Orders
Size exchanges are not available for international prepaid orders.
For verified faulty items:
Claims must be made within 3–5 business days of delivery
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty
Approved resolutions include:
Replacement with the same or similar item
Store credit if replacement is unavailable


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email contact@neviive.com with clear photos.
Upon verification, we will:
Replace the item, or
Issue store credit if replacement is unavailable


7. Final Sale Items
The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Discounted or sale items
Worn, washed, altered, or scented items


8. Refund Policy
NEVIIVE does not issue cash refunds except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved resolutions may include:
One-time size exchange (local orders only)
Replacement for verified faulty items
Store credit


9. Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.


10. Limitation of Liability
NEVIIVE is not responsible for:
Courier delays or delivery errors
Customs delays or charges
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Normal wear and tear or improper garment care


11. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service. We do not sell or distribute personal data beyond necessary payment processors and courier services.


12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
