Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified, or once a Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been confirmed.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Business Days: Monday – Saturday
Closed: Sundays & Public Holidays


2. Local Shipping (Within Kenya)
Monday – Friday
Same-day delivery for orders placed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EAT)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
Saturday
Same-day delivery for orders placed between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on Monday
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, sales periods, weather conditions, or courier logistics.
Customers will receive tracking details where applicable.


3. International Shipping
Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days depending on destination
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country
International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Any additional clearance fees imposed by their country
