Returns terms and conditions

Our garments are on a pay upon delivery basis for clients within NAIROBI (& its environs). Our courier providers give ample time to check and confirm the items before payment. Goods bought under these circumstances are not subject to Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

We highly advise that all clients confirm their size using our size guide (provided in the highlights and website) as we will not accept returns of goods bought and paid for under size irregularities. This is because clients have previously returned damaged, stained, torn and worn garments which cannot be resold under such circumstances.

We do not under any circumstances do cash Refunds.

Our payments are collected using the following channels.

  • Visa/MasterCard: this is only accessible to clients purchasing through our website.

 

Deliveries terms and conditions

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 11AM till 7PM
  • Saturdays: 11AM till 4PM

For same day deliveries, please make sure you order before 10am. Orders processed past 10am will be delivered the next day.

Nairobi CBD deliveries cost Kshs. 100. Nairobi CBD deliveries commence at 12 midday and end at 4PM.

All Nairobi CBD deliveries are on a Next Day Delivery basis.

We do not process any orders on Sundays. (I.e., deliveries).

Customers are liable for all delivery charges whether they make the purchase or not.

For our clients outside of Nairobi and its environs, we require full payment before delivery. Orders will be dispatched the next day via your preferred parcel service and receipt copies sent to you for confirmation. Please follow up with your selected courier/parcel delivery agent to inquire when the parcel will be delivered to you.

Please Note

Important factors to note when shopping with us.

  • Neviive is purely an online store.

  • Reservation can only be done once full payment is made.

  • We do not allow fitting/trying on of white garments.

  • We do not process any orders on Sundays, i.e., deliveries.

  • We do not process any orders via WhatsApp, calls or messages.

  • All orders are processed via DMS or website, neviive.com.

  • We do not send several sizes to clients to try on and select what they like or prefer. We only send one size/an item the client is sure to purchase if the order is right. This is to avoid having to sell items that have already been tried on/stained/scented and not in their original condition hence all clients are sure to be purchasing untouched garments.

  • We do not accept payments in installments.
